No referral is needed to book an appointment. However, some extended health plans may require one for reimbursement — it’s best to check with your provider.

At this time, we are unable to process direct billing to your insurance company. However, you can still receive reimbursement by submitting the receipt directly to your insurer.

Your first session includes a brief intake and assessment so I can understand your needs and tailor your treatment accordingly. During your massage, you’ll be covered with a sheet/blanket at all times, with only the area being treated uncovered. I’ll check in with you about pressure, comfort, and personal boundaries to ensure you feel safe and supported throughout.

Shorter sessions (30–45 minutes) are great for focused work on one area. Longer sessions (60–90 minutes) allow time for deeper work, full-body treatments, or more complex concerns. When in doubt, 60 minutes is a great starting point.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as this time is reserved just for you.

Absolutely. While many of my clients seek massage for clinical or injury-related reasons, I also offer treatments that focus on nervous system regulation, deep rest, and gentle care.

Yes. I am trained in prenatal techniques and offer safe, supportive massage for all stages of pregnancy. Let me know how far along you are when booking so I can prepare the space accordingly.
